"My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. This is non-refundable so we didn’t go and we have lost our money. After seeing the first review I’m not sure why this is offered on any site. "
"The pictures on website are lies. This hotel is a filthy, dirty motel. This appears to be a true to life 'roach motel' and I ended up having to book elsewhere as there was no way I would sleep or shower here! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
One of the highlights for us was that our two dogs were warmly welcomed. Finding a pet-friendly place that is also this clean and well-maintained is rare, and we truly appreciated it. The fenced yard and the peaceful surroundings made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation with our pups.
The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the first day.
We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway on Anna Maria Island!"

"We had 14 folks with 9 kids 18. The house was beautiful and very spacious, with a completely renovated interior—including brand new furniture, appliances, and more. Kids loved the place and the game room upstairs when it was raining. We did experience a bunch of water in the back house due to the leaking around air conditioner, but the property owner arrived within an hour to address it. Both the owner and the agent were incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. We especially loved the backyard, which featured a swim spa, fire pit, and mini golf. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the rooftop deck had such beautiful views. We’d definitely recommend this place for your next stay! "

"11 of us headed down to Anne Marie island and got to stay at this great house. Really awesome location right across the street of Cortez beach. House has all the amenities you need for a good time. Lots to do in the area. Walk to several tiki bars and good restaurants. Rent a golf cart for the week thats all you need to get around. We hung out at the beach. In the evenings we hung out in the pool, cooked at the house, played cards and just enjoyed our time together. "

"The smell of Marijuana was quite strong in our unit, especially the first few days. Contacted the property manager and was told it was coming from another university. Was offered a visit by the cleaning crew but I declined. The mounted TV in the living room is in an awful place resulting in hitting our heads on it several times. Need curtains on the door and the windows best the door to block the night lights. Having said all this, it is still a great little place and would likely stay again. Some minor issues would just make it even better!"
