"We couldn't have been more pleased and delighted with our stay at Lynn's place! It is the perfect place in the perfect location, and Lynn is an attentive and friendly host. The apartment is clean, well appointed and equipped, has a VERY comfortable bed mattress, and is just the right size, located in a very friendly, neighborly, and caring community of regular "snowbirds." AND it is literally right across the street from a beautiful public beach, as well as just a block away from a stop for the free trolley. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!"

"The unit was nicely updated, clean, very comfortable, was a great size for the two of us. It was just across the street from the beach, less than minute or two short walk and we were there, Could take nice long walks and enjoy the sand. Very nice the unit had beach chairs and towels to use. Eating and shopping options also walkable or quick drives and a short drive to Anna Maria. "

"The location was Great. Beach was 2 minute walk, not crowded. The house was very clean, if had questions answered right away. The only disappointing was you couldn’t go out to the rooftop balcony. We had 5 couples, we felt there were not enough chairs around pool and there were no chairs on one balcony. And I think it should be stocked with trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels ect. But I would recommend staying here. "

"Beautiful roomy condo with incredible views. Very clean , great location, easy access. Owner is wonderful. We will rent again. The only suggestions would be to have some wine glasses in the unit. And the pull out couches need a thicker / new mattress or a foam topper to be more comfortable. "

"The house was nice & the host was very timely with answers when I had questions & gave very thorough instructions on everything in the house, on the area & getting around, which was very appreciated. But it was still alittle confusing (probably just us) trying to actually drive up the lane to the house. We needed to ignore our gps at the end of the road & not turn but just go a few feet more to the very end, like you’re almost going to go off of the sea wall then turn down right in front of it & the house is down at the very end. It seems very tight between the sea wall & other cottages but we had room with our Chevy Impala to get thru, park & unload right in front of the place. Then we were able to back up & turned around in the neighboring drive to go out forward, like the host stated. Everything was clean & comfortable & luckily they provided a few heaters because there wasn’t a furnace & 2 of the 3 nights we were there the temp dropped way down & it was freezing. Also it was close to so much & if it hadn’t been so cold we could’ve walk a lot. We would definitely stay there again!"
