"we had a cockroach in our room running around, didnt get to kill it. The noise from the neighboring room was soooo loud, we heard everything. we thought our room had a pool in the area, turns out we had to go somewhere else."

"The room was decent. Nice bed with cold air. The sheets were sandy upon arrival so I don’t think they were clean. The kitchen has stuff but very very minimal. Use the dollar store or Publix on the island. Nice beach. Did not use the pool, we left a day early due to the people above us being loud. There is no “front desk per se” 9-5 you can go to the office for pool towels. "

"The hotel was well worth the money to have free access to the beach including lounge chairs and umbrellas. They also provided free beach towels, but they were not full size ones. The staff was super friendly. The only very minor issue was if they are going to provide hard boiled eggs they should be peeled already as there’s no where to do that by the breakfast area. "

"This is our fourth year renting from Will. This year we rented the two bedroom, but we have rented the one bedroom the prior years. Always clean. Always an easy process.Location is fantastic!!! Parking available. I like this condo because you can see the sunrise, lots of wildlife, and then walk across the street for the sunset. Pool is always great and ease of going to beach is wonderful. Great area to park in. "

"I was happy with the location at the first but unfortunately try to reach out to front desk the phone never was answered, I wanted to make a surprise for my husband but it was impossible. The bathroom drain was clogged and the AC was malfunctioning. The bed frame was in front of the TV very difficult to watch TV, the sofa was dirty same as the blue decorative sheet you guys have on top of the bed it had a blood stain. The wine refrigerator was extra loud at night. The most I like about your place was the location I wished I had a better experience."

"The whole experience was amazing! Staff was friendly and professional and the parking was VIP and the the lot assistant was great! The location is to die for across from the beach and food and music and beautiful sunsets everynight. After this trip myself and family will be back every year for sure…"

"The property was recently renovated and the check in staff could not be more helpful and kind. It was literal steps from the beach, maybe a one minute walk. Beautiful place to stay, very close to many good eats. Loved this resort and will definitely return."
