"Great location but this property is NOT what is pictured. The property management was extremely responsive in the beginning until I asked why 1) the listing says it can sleep 3 but we got 2 bath towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel 2) why the couch wasn’t the same, where was the chair in the living room and headboard for the bed and 3) why it was so dirty and dusty. It took an entire day for them to tell me the owner said “someone got something on the couch and they had to replace it.” Um...

"The unit was dirty when we arrived. We had a total of two bath towels and one wash cloth to share between two people. It is doubtful the towels were that clean too. When we asked for additional wash clothes, hand towels and bath mat we were told the onsite service was notified and will bring them. There is no onsite service and we had to spend time out of our day to go buy those items because they were never delivered. I suspect the host was an AI chatbox, but they said they weren’t. The sheets...
