This lovely condo offers the Gulf of Mexico across the street (west) and Palma Sola Bay (east) of property with pier for fishing on the premises. First floor entry, fully equipped Kitchen, large Bedroom with King sized bed and flat screened television, Dining area, Living Room with flat screened TV (cable & Wifi provided), dual access to patio. Large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, workout facility, community room and laundry. Excellent restaurants with grocery store and two drugstores on island. Anna Maria offers free public transportation (Trolley) right in front of the resort.

The location was fabulous, just across the street from the beach. The unit has everything you need, except a washer/dryer but the owner says they are in the process of getting them installed. The owner is a lovely lady and quick to respond and take action when the internet went out. I would absolutely rent this unit again!

Facility is very centrally located to several nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping. Reasonably priced. Owner has beach chairs/umbrella, wagon to pull in the sand and coolers. This made going to the beach everyday so much easier. The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Coffee pot and Kuerig are also provided. Nice pool on site. Gym, washer and dryer also available on site. Owner responds right away and provided the best customer service. My husband and I would stay in this unit again.

Cute, clean beach theme condo loaded with everything you need from kitchen to beach! Location Is perfect. Walk across the street to the sandy beach Or walk behind the condo out on the pier and sit on a bench and watch the boats in and out of the bay! Only a few steps around to the lovely pool. Out the back side of the condo there is a picnic table and charcoal grill. We will definitely return! Thank you Jane! 😁

My husband, 2 year old and I enjoyed a week at this very clean condo. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, and the owner was very prompt with communication. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get away to Anna Maria Island!

It was such a cute place and was conveniently located with the beach just a short walk away. It was the first time we stayed at Runaway Bay. We were impressed with the facilities-the pool, laundry room, and tennis court. The owners were wonderful in communicating with me regarding reservations and also instructions for when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Located just across the street from a beautiful white sand beach, this rental offers walking distance access to amenities including restaurants, bars, and beachside cafes. The place was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The pool and small gym were good to have access to. A Wifi issue on check-in was quickly resolved with prompt attention from owners Janie and Tony. A great base from which to explore and enjoy Anna Maria Island and the surrounding area!

We enjoyed Bradenton Beach. The weather was sunny. The beach access is very easy and the bay is right behind the complex. The condo was clean and decorated very nice. My husband enjoyed paddle boarding on the bay. The pool was clean. The people were nice. Great places to eat. We want to come back oneday.

My wife and I had a great time. Good location is a short walk to the beach. Trolley has stops nearby which allow free travel throughout most of the island if you don't bring a car. Bicycles also provided for travel. The only issue my wife had was one of the provided beach chairs had some rust on it that got on my wife's bathing suit.

We had an amazing week at Anna Maria Island! The condo location was super close to the beach, and all the attractions on Bridge Street. We walked to dinner most evenings! This first floor condo was clean (even smelled clean!), decoratesd very cute, and has everything essential item you'd need for the beach, cooking, and cleaning. Jane was a dream to work with! I can't say enough great things about our stay at Runaway Bay, we will definitely book again!! Thank you Jane!
