Everything is new since the hurricane. Communication is excellent! The only drawback is there are french doors from the bedroom to the pool area. One night there was a very loud group out at the pool late, so could not sleep when I wanted too. ##### Beth J. Besides that the apartment was furnished and decorated with great attention to and love for detail. You feel welcome and right at home - and not just like another guest in just another hotel room. A wonderful property in a wonderful location. Everything was as described, super clean and perfectly located. Great swimming pool steps outside our bedroom. Karen was such a great communicator throughout the renovation process to assure me things would be just fine when we got there. Turns out they had been fine for about the prior six weeks when her first visitors came in early April.It was in a great spot and within a short walk of Bridge Street and many other great spots.
