"The resort is nice. Theres nothing special about it other than a nice pool and hot tub with limited customers. Views from the pool deck are great in the mornings. The suite 1 is misrepresented. It does not have a refrigerator or kitchenette or microwave. Communication with rod and reel isn’t great. We had issues with no AC for two nights. The manager attempted to repair is right away then had to call in experts. The poor communication was after the stay when I asked for a discount. Haven’t heard...

"This property is gorgeous!From the pool to watching dolphins, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our only little complaint would be the shower head did not have enough water pressure for our liking. Another added bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella that they provided for us to take to the beach. This was a nice touch since we flew and could not bring beach necessities. We so loved our stay of 5 days!"

"My Husband and I stayed here at this beautiful oceanfront condo at Longboat Key the last week of October 2026. It was perfect in every way. The space was just right for us. We Loved waking up to the Oceanfront views and being right on the water made it extra special. It was comfortable, inviting and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Longboat Key. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!"
