    This condo has patio.
    Condo management will help you with your accommodation. The unit offers everything you may want and need!!!
    We also offer 1 bedroom unit 64 and 2 bedroom unit 63 and 64
    Unit located on the first floor, just a short walk from your door to the beach and pool. No crossing the streets.

    Very Spacious studio with a Queen Bed, twin sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, beach towels, starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper. First floor unit with screened patio .
    Resort Features: On-Site Office, coin-operated washer/dryer, heated pool, private beach, beach chairs, complimentary parking, BBQ area, Mini Golf, Shuffleboard court.

    Play tennis or rent a kayak just down the street at the community park. (5 minutes walk)
    Rent a bike at Ace, just 4 blocks away, or from Backyard Bikes and have your bike delivered to you.
    It`s only 1,5 miles to Lazy Lobster restaurant and bar, 2 miles to the shopping plaza with Publix and CVS.

Our stay was excellent. Nice and clean and plenty of room however it doesn’t have a beach view, but the beach is a very short, easy walk. Staff was extra nice, especially Margaret.

This is our second stay at this location. Studio had everything we needed. Grill up by the beach is very close. Pool is heated. Beach is beautiful and quiet.

Great time - great location!

My wife and I are traveling through Florida and visiting some family and taking a beach break and this stay was perfect for us. We had everything we needed in the room - very clean and comfortable and the beach is just a few steps away. We’d definitely come again. Roman was extremely responsive to any need and staff were very kind and courteous - a great place to stay and relax!

Perfect little hideaway!

The property was just what we had been looking for, minute walk from the beach, tiny kitchen, screened in porch and clean with updates. Everything was stocked well from the kitchen and bath to items needed for the beach. We wanted a quiet place to just enjoy the beach and this was it. I enjoyed having coffee and reading in the mornings on the screened in porch. Super friendly welcome when we checked in. We would definitely come back!

Unit was beautiful and spotless. Very comfortable studio for my sister and myself. Roman very prompt at correcting minor issue. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels.
