Warm welcome, friendly helpful staff, very enjoyable reasonably priced evening meal. Excellent breakfast. The room on the top floor accessed by a steep staicase, was spacious and very clean, slight downside the mattress was a little tired. The location of the hotel was ideal very close to town centre. Tip. The restaurant is very popular so book a table in advance. Watch out for parking fines, paying by phone does not always work, one guest paid by phone and still got £100 worth of parking...

A very rare review – but our stay at Y Capel was absolutely faultless. Although a remote annexe of The Erskine Arms (on the same small street, opposite Erskine Arms) it is absolutely beautiful. A converted chapel with its own parking, one vehicle per room. It is ideally situated, right in the centre of Conwy. Walking distance from all the essential venues in Conwy. Stayed in Bryan Derwen for one night. Lovely spacious room, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome from Gill and very helpful during our stay. Freshly cooked breakfast next day. We will return

Very relaxing stay, very comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Renovation going on at the moment but this did not impact on our stay, except that the room we stayed in needed some tlc. I'm sure that the issues we raised with the lovely staff will be attended to. We were offered another room but were happy to stay with the minor issues.

Fab cottage right in the heart of the town, literally yards from the main street and the harbour. Cottage very cosy with every amenity needed. Bedroom and bathroom outstanding. Parking on street free and unrestricted, no resident parking permits so park wherever you find a space, many properties have do not park sign in windows these are not valid. Parking is a bit tight though. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

A beautiful cottage,very clean, central and every you would need for your stay was there. The communication with the host was excellent. A welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

Had a great stay in this fantastic cottage. It’s dog friendly, but clean smelling and spotless. Complimentary items left were much appreciated and location was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Excellent location - right in the middle of town. Could easily stay here without a car. Several walks on the doorstep and public transport is easy to use. Several nice restaurants nearby.

Lovely cottage in a great location in historic Conwy. Very well equipped, with the added bonus of street parking outside. This was a great help, as although it's very very tight to park your car here, the cottage has the added bonus of being able to use next door's space, too! Highly recommended.

A very nice property at the end of a bumpy single lane track - good size for the 4 of us. Very good location to get to Conwy, Llandudno, Anglesey and the surrounding areas. Would definitely consider returning here another time!

It is an amazing home! It’s clean spacious and right in the centre of Conway with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The house is decorated with modern features and has lots of amenities e.g washing machine, dog bed and bowls, and everything you’d need for cooking. Would definitely recommend and will be going back again! Thank you

A lovely cottage and full of everything you could need in a home from home. Only draw back was parking, first come first served in the street but the station car park is a 2 min walk. Charges apply for certain times of the yeqr
