"Upon arrival, our room needed attention and looked like it had not been included. However, I went down to talk to hotel management staff. In the middle of rush-hour check-in, the staff check-in manager, as well as a representative, personally followed us to the room, saw the condition the room was in and immediately took action. Not only did they have housekeeping re-clean the room while they were present, they also assured us to relocate us in the morning to a new room. They also comped our room for a night as well as upgraded our state to a better queen plus room with the New York City, View. I highly recommend this hotel!!! not everyone is perfect. People do have mistakes however they took personal action in making sure that this trip was not only a success, a memorable one, but also the best experience possible. I highly recommend this staff and I am very grateful for all the blessed my family with."
