"We had such a lovely stay at The Bristol for my boyfriend’s birthday. The team made the celebration extra special with complimentary sweet treats, chocolate-covered strawberries, a beautifully decorated birthday plate and a handwritten card. They also helped me choose a wine for the occasion, and their recommendation was delicious! The thoughtful touches made us feel so welcome. Thank you to everyone involved—we’d happily stay again and highly recommend The Bristol!"

"Great hotel. Pool and health suite were amazing! Staff helpful and friendly. Room was gorgeous. Breakfast really nice. Location was perfect… I was worried about road noise but it was very well soundproofed. If I had to be picky I would say shame second lift was out of order, but we had fun all squeezing into one lift and chatting to other guests.. even the out of order sign made us laugh! There are lovely products in the room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser. So you don’t need to bring your own. Would have been nice to be able to buy some to take home 😁"

"A little late writing this review but I stayed at the Lucknam with my wife for our Babymoon in May this year and it was wonderful. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived. They were considerate with the room choice, made sure to provide everything we asked for and more and were generally the nicest team of staff we have met. The hotel was beautiful, Restaurants were excellent and so was the Spa. Life has been a blur since the baby so apologies for not remembering any names at 1am but thank you Lucknam team. We shall be back❤️"
