"Good location, nice staff, quiet rooms, good breakfast. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Kettle was not emptied before me and there was murky water at the bottom. Cleaned it myself but not keen to use it after that. Dirt around the toilet seat hinges."

"Stayed in this hotel many years ago. It's ideally located, clean, responsive and helpful staff. Well positioned for next door carparking. Quality place to stay, it's a little tired in a few places, but that's being a bit picky. Very worthwhile using this hotel."

"Clean room with quirky fittings Quite a tiny bathroom but adequate. All staff polite, friendly and helpful. A good choice at breakfast. The only thing we don't like is the loud music in the evenings or the choice of the quieter music at breakfast. We chose this place again as it is easy to get buses into the centre of the city and convenient for the M4."
