"The communication with the host was excellent from the start. The check in was clear and easy and the property was as described. The property had everything to make the two nights comfortable and plenty of items to be able to cook at the property. We stayed with our newborn, It's unclear if there was an accessible route into the building so we struggled a little with a pram on the front entrance steps but there was a lift once inside of the property. We look forward to staying again"

"We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Wrexham and cannot recommend it highly enough! ​A massive, special shout-out to Caz, who went above and beyond for us from the moment we stepped through the door. We arrived late, but Caz made sure we were looked after immediately, arranging with the kitchen so we could still get a hot meal. That level of kindness and attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. ​Speaking of food—the burger we had on arrival was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was equally impressive and amazing value for money, with the choice of hot cooked-to-order dishes, continental options, or both, alongside fresh filtered coffee to start the day right. ​Our room was everything we needed: spotless, warm, and comfortable. The only minor downfall was the noise insulation between rooms, as we could hear the guests next door and above us talking and walking around. However, the top-notch service, fantastic food, and overall value far outweighed that one downside. ​Thank you to Caz and the team for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!"
