"Initially smaller than we thought but we soon got used to it and appreciated the cozy nature. We were made wonderfully welcome from our arrival to our departure. This is such a peaceful setting, loved listening to the owls in the evening. This is an ideal base to go exploring from. "We had a fantastic two night stay 11th-13th Sept. The new outdoor facilities were incredible and the hotel decor was stunning. We had a lovely couples massage which we both enjoyed. Staff couldnt have been more helpful & friendly. We had dinner at the Garden Grill and while the food was delicious we opted for a local pub for dinner on the second night as we felt the menu choice was limited. Otherwise we could not fault it. Hope we'll be back."
