Excellent - a warm welcome, clean & tidy accommodation, well-stocked bedroom and en-suite, superb breakfast menu, delicious breakfast. Kingsley and Bella, the Newfoundlands, were the icing on the cake. Great value. I will stay here again next time I am working in the central belt. Ignore the checkout and payment information on Hotels.com - check out is not 07:30 and credit card payments are accepted!

A pleasant, quiet room as requested. Very good use made of the space, even a small bath in tiny en suite. Loved the red tartan furnishings. This is a fantastic bed and breakfast very conveniently located for the town centre and with owners who couldn't do enough for you. After a wet and chilly day around Glasgow the warm welcome, a hot drink and a warm comfy room were perfect. John was brilliant and made us feel immediately at home, recommended and booked a place for dinner and ensured we had everything we needed. After a fantastic night's sleep, breakfast was just superb: delicious with quality local products cooked to perfection....
