Excellent - a warm welcome, clean & tidy accommodation, well-stocked bedroom and en-suite, superb breakfast menu, delicious breakfast. Kingsley and Bella, the Newfoundlands, were the icing on the cake. Great value. I will stay here again next time I am working in the central belt. Ignore the checkout and payment information on Hotels.com - check out is not 07:30 and credit card payments are accepted!

A pleasant, quiet room as requested. Very good use made of the space, even a small bath in tiny en suite. Loved the red tartan furnishings. Excellent food included a delicious evening meal and plenty of choice on breakfast menu. Staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. Slept well, comfortable bed and was glad of comfy chair and decent sized table where I could do some writing. The en suite was small but okay, again well planned. This is a fantastic bed and breakfast very conveniently located for the town centre and with owners who couldn't do enough for you. After a wet and chilly day around Glasgow the warm welcome, a hot drink and a warm comfy room were perfect. John was brilliant and made us feel immediately at home, recommended and booked a place for dinner and ensured we had everything we needed. After a fantastic night's sleep, breakfast was just superb: delicious with quality local products cooked to perfection....
