All decent and pleasant. Staff kind and civilized. Funny start as my husband and I were assigned a room that we discovered was used and not cleaned (undone bed etc). So we immediately went back to the reception and told the man that probably he got it wrong... And the incredible thing was that he did not even apologize; he just handed us a new key for a new room, as if it could be a normal mistake. Italian style??????
For the rest it is a basic hotel and reflects the medium price range.
Worth trying, they are kind and they also have decaffeinated tea and coffee. A plus nowadays.
Located near Metro just 4 stops from the centre of Milan this hotel is very convenient for travellers. The staff were excellent and assisted us with any requests. Rooms were reasonable size with desk and excellent wifi.

I chose this hotel based on it's proximity to the university. The room was basic and slightly dated but clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice The staff at this hotel are its real asset. This was my first visit to Milan, they were all polite, helpful and more than ready to give advice on anything from what to see, where to eat and how to get around .Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is a little noisy due to the proximity of the station, something that does not really bother me but might be a problem for a light sleeper.
Very new, modern hotel in a beautiful neighborhood of Milan. Short walk to the metro station or streetcar that delivers you straight to the Duomo. Safe, low traffic area. Carrefour grocery store very close also. Highly recommended.
it was a good experience. the hotel is clean and all the basic requirements are there. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is wifi and the kitchen was equiped appropriately. The residence is near bus station with easy access to down town and Milan central station.
The University district buzzes with student cafés and historic sights. The imposing 15th-century Ca’ Granda was once the old city hospital and is now home to Milan’s state university. To the west is the beautiful Basilica di Sant’Ambrogio, set on the piazza named after Milan’s patron saint, St Ambrose. His feast day is on 7th December, also the traditional opening of La Scala’s opera season.
