On apartment on the second floor with elevator and a private terrace with sea views, garden furniture, 150 m from the main beach of Cruz del mar and integrated in the center of the village within the town in a quiet area for a good holiday. Chipiona is a seaside town that lives by the sea, tourism and the countryside where they grow all kinds of products, emphasizes the cultivation of flowers are exported to all over the world. Good fried fish and seafood can be tasted at any restaurant or bar Chipiona. It´s white sand beaches and rich in iodine are awarded every year with the Blue Flag for Clean Seas Europe. El Santuario de Regla, the Lighthouse and the Parish of Nuestra Señora de la O is the most important monuments.

As the house is in the center of town within walking distance to everywhere, shops, cafes, banks, town hall, tourist office, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the market where you can buy all products of our land, fish, seafood, meat, mixed fruit and plants. In this house you will pass the vacation you always remember.

The view
This property is in a brilliant location, well equipped and has the most perfect view from any apartment we have ever stayed at. The booking and check-in process were flawless. This is the perfect place to stay in order to experience Chipiona, a truely Spanish holiday resort, as well as the surrounding area. We will definitely return.

Smart apartment in great location
The apartment is exactly as the impressions of the photographs imply. It's well furnished and well equipped, all the linens and towels etc provided, enough equipment in the kitchen for comfortable self catering, crockery, glasses etc first class. Pepi explained everything on arrival and we had no problems at all. The aircon in the lounge was a real godsend on a couple of nights but in general the balcony, with view of the harbour, was more than comfortable for dining alfresco. The fountain in the pictures is of a Spanish superstar, Rocio Jurado and it was amazing watching so many people from our balcony who were taking pictures/selfies. Most entertaining! The location is great, 300m from a nice quiet beach (2 sunbeds 12eur/day!),and 500m or so from the main eating/shopping streets. There is a big tide so bathing only really good at high tide. We walked past the lighthouse and another vast beach opened up, much busier, looked much more accessible to bathe at all tide levels. There are small supermarkets in the town but we regularly drove to about 5km to Sanlucar de Barameda where there are much larger ones (Mercadona, Supersol and Lidl). They take Siesta very seriously here; it's not the usual tourist trap so don't expect to do anything between 2 and 5 except eat or drink! Recommend El Toro on the promenade for good staff and daily specials, Sin Bulli for amazing Tapas (worth finding it) and La Tasca where Pepi works, hidden in a beautiful little courtyard square. While there we never actually heard any other English speakers, about 4 Germans and a couple of French. Get here before everyone else finds it - it's very Spanish and all the better for it! Flew in to Seville, about 1hr 20mins easy drive with approx 7.30eur toll on motorway but I think it varies according to time of day. Get in touch with Pepi, you won't regret it.

Property was very clean, perfectly situated and only minutes (walking) for the beach/ 10 minutes from the centre.. Pepi was very helpful. We would book again and highly recommend to others thinking of doing so. It is just far enough away from the busier end of Chipiona to allow a great relaxing time but only minutes away to still enjoy access to the restaurants and bars/shops until late into the night.

Fabulous location, lovely owner, will equipped apartment
We are a family of four with two teenage kids and we all had a great time. The apartment itself is well-equipped and comfortable. The location is absolutely fabulous. In less than five minutes you can walk to the beach and get set up for the day. We appreciated the fact that there were a couple of umbrellas and even a chair that you could borrow and take to the beach There is also a lovely little corner store where you can buy meat cheese bread drinks fruit etc. I went shopping there and the bill I had was too large so the owner gave me my groceries and told me to come back another time and pay him. This trusting, friendly service was consistent throughout the town. You are about a 10 or 15 minute walk to a street which allows no traffic and has lots of lovely restaurants and stores. We enjoyed walking there on a number of nights. Best place for tapas was Gastrotasca Sin Bulli. As we were the for a week and wanted to do a big grocery shop we drove to the Mercadona on avenida Juan Carlos and it was large and well stocked with all we needed. Pepi was great to deal with and got back to me very quickly whenever I had a question. When we arrived she was waiting on the street corner to greet us and guide us into the parking. I used the washing machine but put the soap in the wrong place so if you intend to use it I would ask for proper direction on that.

Great views and position, clean, well equipped
Pepi was a great host; fast at responding to emails, friendly and informative. The apartment is in a super location overlooking the marina, close to the beach and amenities. The beach is very clean and has bars, kiosks, showers and clean toilets. The pool had restrictive opening hours (12-3.30, 5.30-9) and started catching the shade in the afternoon. Plenty to do and see (especially if you have a car) We had a great time and definitely recommend it.
