"The one thing I didn’t love about the hotel was the darkness of the room. The lights were not enough and a burgundy carpet makes it look even darker. Location was perfect seeing the Elizabeth Tower walking out of the hotel every day put a smile on my face all the time . I loved it <3 "

"Right at the Victoria Station. Also you can walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby, Big Ben, etc. from this hotel. Several places to eat right by the hotel. The staff was the best I have ever had! Hands down the best! "

"Beautiful hotel although it has low ceilings. If you are over 6 foot 3, the shower in our room would have been too low. Breakfast was great with lots of choices! Would definitely recommend staying here!"
