My room was very nice (renovated walk-in shower) and staff allowed us to check in early at 1100 vs 1500. Breakfast was good except for the coffee, and all staff treated us well. The area felt safe, even at night. "

"Great overnight stay included breakfast, they were busy and had to wait for coffee but that was ok, food was also ok but not exceptional. Went to the cinema in the basement as the weather was bad, that was cool. Had cocktails in Lioness bar then more on the top floor, we enjoyed the Photo Booth in 12th Knot, both bars were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Would go back as a special treat. "
