Everything was perfect

A great location for Cambridge and the surrounding areas. I had a very early train to catch at the adjacent station the following morning and preferred to stay overnight rather than have to get up at 3am to travel from home. Ample parking immediately next door in the station carpark. Speedy check in. We love this hotel, it’s really world class. Beautifully decorated, amazing staff, we are always so well looked after. The location is fantastic and our room had a lovely view over Parker’s Piece.

Stayed here while visiting Cambridge for a few days. Great hotel with lovely bar and restaurant area and Starbucks. We had lunch in the bar on arrival and dinner in the restaurant the following night and the food was excellent in both. My only niggle would be that the service was a bit slow at times. Really enjoyed stay so close to the river and town excellent position.

Always great

Conveniently situated hotel, with room up only half a dozen steps from reception. A single room, that was clean and comfortable, but not large. The breakfast was buffet style, with continental style options, as well as the full english, with poached or fried eggs cooked to order. Will very likely use The Lensfield when I next have a meeting in Cambridge and need to stay over.

The hotel was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. Good facilities and close to Cambridge. The breakfast was lovely, we didn't eat any other meals at the hotel as was a little expensive. The room we stayed in was beautiful but did get very hot even though we had the windows open and curtains closed to stop the sun coming in, but this certainly wouldn't deter me from going back. A fantastic stay with the most friendly staff. Staff were very prompt at accepting requests and catering to our needs. Quick check in and check out. Kids throughly enjoyed the pool during the stay. Would highly recommend the place.
