"Nice, big, and spacious hotel and room. Windows and air conditioning that worked. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great! Very convenient for the airport with the HotelHoppa bus. Restaurant options weren't to my taste and there weren't many options nearby."

We arrived a bit late from another airport that was about an hour and a half away from Heathrow. It was evident that the kids were exhausted, and the front desk manager kindly gave them teddy bears as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciated that thoughtful gesture. "

"Their check in process is so easy! You can do it yourself through self-service machines they have in the lobby. If you get stuck, the personnel is prompt and kind to offer assistance. The location is amazing with public transportation right in front of the hotel. The food was pretty good and not outrageously pricy for a hotel. If I get another chance to go to London, I'm definitely staying there again."
