I had a very early train to catch at the adjacent station the following morning and preferred to stay overnight rather than have to get up at 3am to travel from home. Ample parking immediately next door in the station carpark. Speedy check in. The hotel was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. Good facilities and close to Cambridge. The breakfast was lovely, we didn't eat any other meals at the hotel as was a little expensive. The room we stayed in was beautiful but did get very hot even though we had the windows open and curtains closed to stop the sun coming in, but this certainly wouldn't deter me from going back. Last minute booking and staff was very helpful and friendly. Asked if we can leave our car after check out the next day as would like to explore the city and they actually allow us to do so which is unusual normally after checking out. Breakfast was nice apart from toast wasn’t warm enough but overall good experience. Room was clean and beyond my expectations in terms of what they provided. Good value and good location.

Stayed here while visiting Cambridge for a few days. Great hotel with lovely bar and restaurant area and Starbucks. We had lunch in the bar on arrival and dinner in the restaurant the following night and the food was excellent in both. My only niggle would be that the service was a bit slow at times.
