"Room was ok but needed a hoover. Not been done for a few days. Towels and bedding were clean. Breakfast was included in price, but failed to mention not a hot meal. Cereals, yogurt and toast only. Cooked breakfast was extra. No mention of this when booking. Staff were pleasant. Room with balcony had very good views. No venue parking, just in the public car park across the way. Overall 3/5. "
"Staff were very helpful and polite nothing was to much trouble for any of them room was very clean food was amazing really enjoyed my stay there would go back "
"It was a beautiful stay, although the bathroom is really small but was manageable, was able to do the online check-in and everything was smooth, the place was quiet and offers lovely breakfast! "

Why not spend a care-free afternoon at Three Cliffs Bay Beach during your travels in Swansea? Stroll along the marina in this quaint area or visit its lively bars.
Often named as one of the best beaches in the UK and even the world, Rhossili Beach in the Gower Peninsula is unsurprisingly a popular attraction. It has also been called the “supermodel of British beaches” by The Independent because of its good looks, as well as the UK’s most dog-friendly beach by The Times.
One of Swansea’s most recognisable landmarks, the imposing Victorian pier on the southwestern corner of Swansea Bay holds both historic value and offers an entertaining way to pass the afternoon. Once a favoured haunt of Dylan Thomas, this iconic attraction in the village of Mumbles now plays host to tourists and locals out to enjoy themselves.
"The hotel looks pretty tired from outside but rooms and reception area had been updated to an excellent standard. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.
Only slightly negative comment is that the breakfast was served in a large ball room which lacked atmosphere. A few flower arrangements separating the tables from the large dance floor would have made the difference."
"The hotel staff were very good, the room clean & beds good. We had a good night with undisturbed sleep & a hearty breakfast. The hotel building is in need of some TLC though, threadbare/frayed stair carpets, the chair in our room needed reupholstering, paint work, woodwork & door frames particularly at suitcase height were bashed & chipped. The overall impression is good though - clean & pleasant smelling, but on closer inspection it is tired & needs refreshing."
"The staff were very friendly, especially showing us where to park on a busy evening. Room was very clean comfortable and modern. Breakfast was delicious and the waitresses were very helpful and friendly."
