"First time stopping at a Novotel hotel. But it definitely won't be the last. From check-in to ordering food and everything in-between, was spot on. The whole hotel was amazing 👏. Your bosses should be very proud of all the staff. "

"Lady who checked us in was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble even though she was really busy. Restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a long gap between our starter and getting our main meal which was the only downside. We had to ask for the child’s meal to be brought as it was getting quite late. Food was hot and tasty when it was eventually served. Booking a slot in the pool was easy. Our room was clean, well stocked with toiletries, tea and coffee and the beds were very comfy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again. "

"West Coast trains had been severely disrupted and I could get to Crewe but no further, and there was no certainty the rail staff were going to be able to help several hundred people at a late hour. This is convenient, modern and extremely good value. I had a good night's sleep. Check it out whether or not you are going to be delayed!!"
