"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit the manor was undergoing refurbishment. Room was clean, tidy, with some upgrades required, breakfast was ok, needs a broader provision of cereals, and cold buffet, cooked breakfast was very good, evening dinner meals were very good quality but expensive, staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all, if the points raised were addressed then I would give 5 star "

5/5 Excellent
"Me and a friend stayed here for the night for my 40th birthday. We were greeted by Amelia who was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was lovely the location perfect and generally the staff were great. There was a very abrupt gentleman at front office in the morning but everyone else including the house keeping ladies were great. We had a treatment there and this was great too :) thank you "

"Haven’t been for 5 years or so but standards are still as high as they were then. Friendly staff, good quality breakfast and good location for seeing Stratford."

"The hotel is set in lovely grounds, has a good choice of parking and communication before our stay was excellent. Staff on site were also very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and clean although it was very warm with no obvious ventilation apart from the balcony door. The bar and restaurant were excellent although quite expensive. Fantastic location for a range of attractions nearby, we visited the British Motor Museum for the amazing Ford Mustang 60th Anniversary Celebration and Warwick Castle which is fantastic. Hotel was great and we will stay again I'm sure."

"Our check in was a little bumpy as the instructions on how to find our room were vague but we eventually got into our room. It was average. Typical hotel room with a bed, seat and desk. It was fine for our purposes. The bed itself was a bit uncomfortable, but again it was fine for our stop. "
