"Positives: The location and Parking are excellent. The Reception, and Bars are styling & Comfortable. But, some communal areas are tired (example the entrance from the car park), the garden is overgrown in parts and its seems their are sraff shortages (the staff seem good, but under pressure). There is building work going on, and there is evidence of this as you enter through the entrance from the car park. There is a very small lift and no sign for the stairs! "

"Booked the stay last minute for the Jazz Festival,and so glad we chose Malmaison. Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. We stayed in a Club deluxe room which was amazing,overall couldn’t fault anything,this hotel will now be our go to hotel in Cheltenham."
