"Good location, pleasant & quiet room (No.8). Overall we'll maintained & presented. Bathroom - water leak from toilet cistern, floor often wet. Shower - more thorough cleaning/bleaching needed, mould/dirt at base & corners of shower tray. Bathroom ceiling - flaking paint needs attention. Breakfasts - poor, VERY basic continental only, no fruit juice, staff seemed reluctant to replenish items. Would however stay again and recommend. "

"From the word go this place was amazing from both outside and in. A big shout out to the lovely gentlemen who checked me in after a kind hearted stranger helped me with my baggage due to extreme pain and mobility issues. Check in was speedy, efficient and I was very happy with the hospitality during check in. The room was comfortable, warm and inviting. Easy to get to via the local bus. Very highly recommended. 😊"

"Great find in Chelsea neighborhood. Great for shopping or just walking the neighborhood. Love the concept of having a flat but in hotel setting. One note - on previous stats I guess I was in executive studio which is remodeled and sparkling clean. This trip I needed an early check in and got an older studio - footboard on bed was dirty, closets old and sticky. A bit depressing but did not affect my overall trip. Everything else great. "
