The only thing that was not so great was the door that opened to the toilet had no frame and/or fan so any odors filled the entire room (more information than you were hoping for but needs considering)."

"The front-desk staff was friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the patio with the beautiful view of the Lucerne rooftops. The only things we would have loved to have had in the room would have been a small refrigerator and access to ice (for drinks on a hot day). A great option for Lucerne. Another great think to know about IBIS Styles is that it's in a very convenient location to all the "action", yet sits on a quiet street. Great area for walking and exploring."

"This hotel had unparalleled views! We loved the location and enjoyed our stay so much. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Even in mid-September the room was a bit warm at night with an AC unit in the (large) room. The bedding also wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall solid stay!"
