"A Quiet Hidden Gem
We loved our stay at the Tiki Tiki.
If you’re looking for a calm stylish hotel, this is it.
We loved relaxing by the pool as well as exploring the area on rental bicycles arranged by the hotel.
If in Tulum again, we would definitely return.

"Lovely spot with fabulous friendly and helpful staff!
We only stayed one night to get away from an all inclusive resort ( ot our scene), and this place "
"Gorgeous apartment with a lovely plunge pool to cool down during the day. The communication was excellent throughout our stay, they shared lots of information ahead of our arrival and were always on standby over whatsapp for anything we needed.
The location of the apartment itself was a little quiet, with lots of construction work happening everywhere around so beware of noise and dust. We didn’t mind too much as the complex had security and you can rent bikes to cycle into downtown tulum or...

Hotel Muaré Tulum Wellness and Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Overall, there are likely not enough words to describe our stay at Muare Tulum. If you’re looking for a peaceful, tranquil stay, you will find it here. The rooms were stunning, from the design to the comfort level. It was similar to having your own private oasis, and we enjoyed whenever we returned from an excursion.
Enjoyed the onsite restaurant, and had numerous meals there. The included breakfast was perfect, and there were additional options available for those with a more picky palate.
Overall, the staff were above par. Special shoutout to Mauricio at the bar, who I enjoyed interacting with daily and his recommendations for places to visit in the Tulum. All staff were great and made the experience incredibly enjoyable.
Would certainly stay here again in any future trips.
Only commentary, and this probably applies to Tulum in general, is the high rate of taxi’s and shuttle options. The hotel was helpful in securing a private transfer from the airport which, as a first timer, was appreciated. Taxis charge fixed rates to most Tulum sites, so for myself, I likely will look to rent a car next time to ensure I have more options to explore as necessary. Again, not a reflection of the hotel in any way shape or form, but a general comment to navigating around Tulum. "
"This hotel is magnificent. So clean and well maintained. The room was extraordinary. Never experienced a hotel room with a pool in it. The bar tender Thomas has experience with making good drinks. The restaurant Samsara was great. The food options were excellent and the service was very good. Their coffee every morning was amazing. I love the long pool that stretches from the front to the back of the hotel. Pool guy maintained the pool clean from leaves and bugs. They all have a spa, yoga, ice bath, and sound healing on site. "
Charming Glass Jungle Villa in Delightful Tulum with WiFi and AC
6/10 Okay
"Amazing property with thoughtless customer service. We received a confirmation message over a month before our stay, mentioning access codes will follow. When we arrived, no follow up communication had been received. We were told by a staff member that we were in the wrong place, even after showing photos from booking site. With no signal in the jungle and no wifi codes provided, we were unable to reach out. LUCKILY, another guest shared wifi pw and we called the host in WhatsApp. Voice mail . An hour later the host made contact and finally provided access. Now rental car return is late. No signs or numbers amongst the dozenish suites. Our suite further advanced the feeling our reservation had been forgotten. Clean...ish. like it had been been vacant awhile? Spiderwebs across the stairs; lots of ants around; inadequate water pressure in bathroom sink; no coffee in the suite or common area;cooktop didn't work(host responded five hours later- after check out). The suite was BEAUTIFUL and the grounds idyllic. This stay was our last, with five other great stays and hosts in a self- guided whirlwind tour through the Yucatan peninsula. Every other stay overdelivered after humble premise. This stay was all show and no flow. "
"Amazing experience and and even more amazing staff! Love the entire team at Trobbu ! They gave the secret recipe for the best vacation ever! Will be back again "
