"A True Hidden Gem in the Tulum Jungle!This hotel is a true gem hidden in Tulum. From the minute you turn into the driveway, you completely forget there is a noisy city just a few blocks away; it feels exactly like being in the center of a jungle. The rooms are beautiful and come with your own private plunge pool. The toilet and shower were located outside the room, which was completely fine with us—I absolutely loved showering outside, and it felt like a total treat! The toilet itself is located in a closed, private room, so privacy is not an issue. Everything looked brand new. The main pool area is an oasis, complete with a wonderful swim-up bar and a beautiful waterfall feature.We loved it so much that when we needed to stay for a second night a week later, we chose to come right back here instead of booking somewhere a bit more centrally located. Just keep in mind that taxis can get a little costly since there is no ride-share in the area. After dinner, we walked back from town, which took about 30 minutes. We personally enjoy walking to check out the local stores and shop, but that format may not be for everyone. The included breakfast was delicious, and even when ordering extra items off the menu, the prices were more than fair. Just remember that you are truly immersed in a jungle environment, so definitely bring mosquito repellent. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it!"

"The owner of the establishment was very kind and helpful and was attentive to all of our needs. The bathroom had low shower pressure but overall got the job done. The room was small but enough space for me and the other person I was traveling with, the beds were very comfortable and spacious. The AC worked great got very cold at night. The parking is on the street, which is fine. The rooftop of the place was spectacular. The place had three cats that were the most adorable. Overall, I would recommend to stay here. You get easy access to a lot of of the restaurants that are about walking distance. The place really gives you a homey vibe. And the restaurant that’s attached to the building has very good breakfast for a reasonable price perfect for just wanting to get up and get breakfast."

"There is standard wallmount remote AC works fine. Staff was helpful when asked. Based on other reviews mentioning towels, the front board says to ask for towels don't expect them to be provided without asking. The small minifridge is enough to hold drinks or a few meals. The location is close to everything. Note all banks in Tulum do not do currency changes the exceptions are Kapital 500 USD or more only and Azteka which is on the otherside of town, there are however local casa de cambios nearby. Tons of restraurants and food vendors. It is just a street or two down from the mainstreet. I encountered no issues on my two day stay except I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work. WIFI functioned fine you get the code at checkin. Limited wall outlets so if you have a bunch of things to plugin you may have to unplug stuff. Some lights worked I couldn't figure out how to turn on a couple others. They had hot water and the soap/shampoo smells great here, great bodywash/shampoo scent. Toilet paper was slightly fruit scented good ply. Was not noisy but this likely dpends on room position I was at the far end away from the street so getting a room on the farend may be useful if you want to sleep in. There is an error in the map location shown by hotels.com use the actual address supplied for the location the map showed a different location within the hotels.com app might be a point of confusion."
