"Stayed with my husband for a 2 day break in Chester ( this hotel was recommended by our son who stayed there a few weeks ago )As soon as we walked in were very nicely greeted . We were early so were offered to leave our case which we did .The last hotel we stayed at , we had to sit in our car until check in . The room was lovely and comfortable . Bathroom really nice . We had a few drinks in the bar and the bar staff were really nice . Made cocktails for me which weren’t listed . In all everyone was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Would definitely stay there again ."

"The lady at check in was so lovely, it was a really nice welcome, The room was a newly renovated one, it was super comfortable and really clean, the food was amazing, and the drinks were perfect, and we did have to make use of the pool and spa and it was amazing, felt so relaxed afterwards"

"Room was good everything you needed was there for you. No fault with breakfast plenty of food, tea, coffee and fruit juice . Evening meals not to my taste . Plenty of places around to eat at, So no problems. All the staff very helpful."
