This hotel certainly lived up to the reputation of the Hilton brand. Perfect stay for our early morning flight, and will be choosing to stay again for future early departures / late arrivals.

Everything was top class from the welcome we received, the helpfulness of all the staff and the luxury and cleanliness of the rooms. So convenient to Shepherd's Bush tube station too. Very competitively priced. Will definitely stay here again when in London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. The Room was ideal for our stay - very clean and facilities were great - we had a good nights sleep (bed was so comfortable). Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and our room superb - very spacious, extremely bright, with a terrific bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with all of the food being extremely fresh. The hotel is right next to Notting Hill tube station and is surrounded by stunning houses, a number of great restaurants as well as Kensington Park.

Staff lovely and very accommodating, especially helpful with gluten free at breakfast. Room quiet and comfortable.

Great location, large room and friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were fabulous and went the extra mile for guests. You can tell that it is under great management and they care about customer service. We loved the free happy hour of bubbles and wine - this was a lovely touch for guests. The hotel felt luxurious on all levels and surprisingly we did not hear any street noise or disturbance. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.
