A delightful place to stay with a beautiful garden to relax in .

Good parking and near the Castro. Comfortable beds and rooms. Air con was also good. Nothing to complain about!

Very easy check in-out experience. Bed was soooo comfy!

I had a better than expected stay here. it was in a good location, and within walking distance to downtown and my conference location. The gentleman at the front desk was really helpful and kind. My room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom outside and toilet was equally very clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel has an excellent location. Very basic but all my needs were met the room was clean and the bathroom adequate. The hotel could do with investment old worn out furniture and carpets. However once I’d got used to the environment I adapted and enjoyed my stay. The man on reception was very polite and helpful. I also felt completely safe.

The staff were friendly and helpful in all aspects

We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We will cherish our playtime with you all. Highly recommend your hotel and will forever sing your praises. Don’t ever change your doing great as you are.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. Great location , staff and hotel

My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. This hotel is lovely and well located. The hotel deco is very fun, spacious rooms, comfy bed, great service, decent breakfasts and the best thing is the wine reception which is a fantastic touch (this was our fav part of the stay!) The hotel is located 10min walk from Union Sq and the subway station. You’ll have a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby.

Clean, easy to find and park

Ideally situated outside of San Francisco, plenty of amenities close by , there are many choices of restaurants in San Rafael , we used ferries and drove in to San Francisco, the parking is very expensive , this is why we chose the Marin lodge,
