Renata left great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. she even made dinner reservations for us! "During our stay in La Spezia, we did not have a rental car, which meant that for us, the walk to go downtown took about 30 minutes or more which we were not aware of. If you have a car to use, then it's a close drive! Just be aware if you are walking, it's a far walk to downtown and it's a LOT of uphill walking."

"We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"

"Dit huis is heel erg sfeervol en charmant. Met zorg ingericht met zowel oude spullen als moderne spullen. Wij hebben niets gemist. De ontvangst door de eigenaar was zeer hartelijk. Stefano is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Hij vertelde ons waar we mooie wandelingen konden maken en leende ons een goede wandelkaart. We kregen regelmatig groenten uit zijn moestuin waar hij vaak 's avonds kwam werken. Er wonen nog andere mensen in het gebouw, maar daar merk je niets van. Elke verdieping heeft een eigen...

"Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in Moneglia. Die Wohnung war teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Standart eher niedrig, was uns aber bei dem Traumwetter nicht störte. Die Betreuerin der Wohnung war sehr nett und telefonisch immer erreichbar, jedoch bestand leider kein persönlicher Kontakt, weil auch das Check in über eine kurze Video-Erklärung lief.
