Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und zu Fuß sind Bonassola, durch Tunnel auch die Nachbarorte und Strände zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und zweckmäßig, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider fanden wir die Unterkunft in einem sehr schlecht gereinigten Zustand vor, auch der Gasgrill war nicht sauber gemacht worden.Im Schlafzimmer befanden sich sehr viele tote Ameisen; auch während der Nacht herrschte hier reger Ameisenverkehr. Dieses Problem sollte man unbedingt unter Kontrolle bringen.Wäre dieses Ferienhaus in einem saubereren Zustand gewesen, würden wir sofort wiederkommen, weil Lage, Umgebung und Strand einfach herrlich sind. ##### Manuela S. Die Lage ist ideal, schön ruhig und doch nicht weit weg vom Geschehen. Das Bett war bequem, es gab für jeden ein festes und ein weiches Kissen, so kann man nach Vorliebe auswählen. Die Ausstattung in der Küchen war sehr gut und ausreichend. Auf den verschiedenen Terassen kann man es sich sehr gut gehen lassen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super und eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, um zwischendurch zu waschen. Bonassola ist ein toller Ort, da es hier nicht überfüllt ist und dennoch ist was los. Man kommt mit dem Zug gut von A nach B. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld mit Lucia war sehr unkompliziert und sehr sehr freundlich.. wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen ! Vielen Dank fpr akles! ##### Anna-Lena R. Als Willkommensgruss stand auf dem Tisch eine leckere Focaccia. Check-in und Check-out schnell und unkompliziert. Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Grünen, etwa 500 m vom Dorfkern Bonassola entfernt (rund 15 Min. zu Fuss problemlos erreichbar). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. De bovenverdieping is voorzien van een degelijk bed, voldoende kasten en airco. Via de slaapkamer zijn de 2 bovenste terrassen bereikbaar. Het dorpje Bonassola ligt op wandelafstand maar dan wel via de nodige luie trappen. Afgesloten gratis private parkeerplaats voor de auto wat een luxe is in deze streek ! We hebben de auto niet nodig gehad en alles met de trein ( op wandelafstand ) kunnen bezoeken. Degelijke ligzetels zijn ook voorzien op het terras. Op het gelijkvloers een zeer eenvoudige woonkamer en een keuken zonder luxe maar alles wat nodig is is aanwezig. De badkamer is ook OK. Alles was heel proper. ##### Francois V. August 2021 gebucht. Vor Ort fanden wir eine Hütte mit schöner Aussenfassade und einem schmuddeligen und abgewohnten Inventar. Als erstes fielen die schmutzigen Vorhänge auf, die als Schutz vor Moskitos dienen sollen. An den Decken und Wänden im Erdgeschoss war aufgeplatzter Putz und Spinnweben zu sehen. Am Entsetzlichen fanden wir den Küchenbereich. Der allgegenwärtige Schmutz sowie die klebrigen und sich mittlerweile auflösenden Schrankoberflächen waren sehr abstoßend.. Das Geschirrsammelsurium fiel nicht minder negativ aus. Der Ventilator im Schlafzimmer war ebenso schmutzig und vom Alter geprägt. Das Bad war sauber, jedoch auch mit aufgeplatztem Decken- und Wandputz in die Jahre gekommen. Die sogenannten drei Terrassen waren der kleine Lichtblick während des Aufenthalts, wobei diese auch nicht unbedingt gekehrt waren. Die beiden Tische waren sehr wackelig und unstabil. Die Stühle sehr schmutzig. Der Hinweis für die Mühlentsorgung vor der Abreise, da ansonsten eine Kaution in Rechnung gestellt wird, war schon überheblich und als Vermieter sich leicht gemacht. Wir waren von dieser Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Diese steht in keinem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zwei Punkte gibt es für die Lage und die obere Terrasse. Für alles andere kann man keine Punkte in diesem Zustand vergeben. Es war sehr schade. ##### Katharina B. Grösse des Hauses für 2 Personen ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüht. Das Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock ist wirklich ein heimeliges "nido". Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus und die Lage, so nahe am Aussichtspunkt Punta della Madonnina mit wunderbaren Sonnenuntergängen, einfach toll. Meeresrauschen und Vogelgezwitscher in einem mediterranen Garten mit mehreren Terrassen mit Meerblick. Das Häuschen ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders gefiel uns das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß mit zwei Fenstern mit Meerblick. Wir würden uns nur eine etwas weichere Matratze wünschen. Es sind viele Treppen zu steigen, was uns aber nicht störte. Der Zugang zum Meer ist vom Haus direkt möglich, jedoch sehr felsig. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 Min. in den hübschen Örtchen Bonassola mit tollem Sandstrand und glasklarem Wasser. Dort gibt es alles was man braucht. Auch zu der kleinen Kapelle am Meer sind nur wenige Schritte. Vom Bahnhof aus erreicht man in wenigen Minuten das traumhafte Wandergebiet "Cinque Terre". Wir konnten hier richtig gut abschalten und uns erholen und kommen sicher gerne wieder, denn in einem Urlaub schafft man gar nicht alles, was hier zu sehen und zu erwandern ist. Dieses kleine Traumhäuschen, eine ausgebaute Scheune, steht nur ein paar Meter oberhalb der Küste und ist der Blickfang. Meeresrauschen rund um die Uhr. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist eine Sackgasse, nur für die Bewohner und ein paar Feriengäste und wenig befahren. Der Weg führt direkt zur kleinen Kapelle am Ende der Bucht, die das beliebteste Ausflugsziel der ganzen Bucht ist. Das Haus ist einfach und praktisch ausgestattet. Sauber und vollständig. TV gibt es nicht aber Bücher und Internet läuft recht stabil. Drei Terassen stehen zur Auswahl. Der PKW steht auf eigenem, abgezäunten Abstellplatz. Sicherheit wird groß geschrieben. Das ganze Grundstück ist mit Kameras abgesichert. Oberhalb der Scheune steht das Haus der Besitzer mit zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen. Der Zugang zu den Wohnungen erfolgt vom oberen Weg oder direkt an der Scheune vorbei. Lucia, die Vermieterin, ist wunderbar. Sie und die Eltern kümmern sich um alles. Wenn man ein Problem hat, helfen sie sofort. Ideal für zwei Gäste. Stufen und Treppen sind steil, wie alles in der Gegend. Abwicklung der Anmietung über Fewo leider ziemlich unübersichtlich und nervig, vor allem bei kurzfristiger Buchung und angesichts der vom Gast zu zahlenden Servicegebühr. Telefonservice umständlich und im ersten Anlauf inkompetent und unmotiviert. Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt. ##### Franz H. Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2017 Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### David R. 6 Sept 2017 #### Enchanting location in Liguria We, a family of two adults and two small children, stayed two weeks in this house in August 2017 and had a great time . First of all, we found the house and location to be almost exactly as described and the photos are very indicative of the place. The owner/hostess was very helpfull and available for all kind of questions prior to and during our stay (safety nets were installed especially for our children, additional information was provided). The house itself gives you a lot of privacy which we enjoyed a lot (apart from the last couple of days when some other tourists in a house nearby decided to play extremely loud music late at night). It has basic furniture which worked wel for us. We only found the bed/mattress to be somewhat uncomfortable (note that the house has three beds, we brought our own babybed). Although the house might not be ideal for small kids, we did not encounter any major downsides. It was very hot during the first days of our stay, so it was pretty warm in the bedroom upstairs. The hostess kindly provided us with a fan so we did not have any trouble sleeping. There are three places to sit outside and enjoy the view. The surroundings are really beautiful. A, short, steep path brings you to the beautiful sea directly (5 min), a 15-min walk (and some stairs) brings you to the beach. Bonassola is a small village with enough facilities (Levanto is the closest more city-like place). You can rent a bike, walk or take the train to other places near the coast. In Bonassola there a some nice places to enjoy some focaccia or have dinner (or just buy some home-made pasta or pesto in the local shop). In conclusion: we would love to return to this house in Bonassola in the near future and enjoy a very relaxed and peaceful vacation! ##### David R. Kitchen ist well equipped, bedroom and living room are perfect for two persons. There is a climbing path down to the see were you can lie on the rocks or go snorkeling.
