"I always stay here in Boston. This time I had all my family here too. 4 rooms. Hotel staff was great and super helpful from check in to check out. Front desk saved me twice this trip. Valet parking is worth every penny. Fast and super helpful. Location is central to a lot of Boston sites. Easy walk to lots of things. "

"The hotel staff were great, the check in and out process was super easy, the location was amazing. The hotel is pretty and old, bare bones and basic. We visited in April/May and the a/c wasn't quite enough, it might be pretty hot in the summer. Overall, the stay was very nice."

"You get what you pay for! It’s not too bad of a room if you just need somewhere to sleep for your trip! People greeting in the front were excellent! As for the front desk, check in and out was smooth but we asked for an iron and never got it. AC were a lil iffy, the ac wouldn’t run and even if you try to leave it running it would automatically put itself in auto mode no matter what, so in the middle of the night the room would get hot!"

"This is a busy, well located hotel near to Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle. But the hotel took 40 minutes to check in, the room was grubby and the blinds had fallen down on one of the windows which couldn’t be fixed until the next day and then it only went up halfway. On two nights I went to the bathroom to find a couple of cockroaches in the sink. There is no bar or restaurant but fortunately there are plenty nearby. Also the tv didn’t work. Not great and I stay in NYC regularly. I won’t be returning. "

"Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG). The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable"

"Good stay. Had to request a coffee maker in my room but they brought it right up. No complaints. "
