Disappointed that one of the lifts wasn't working, especially as different families should not be sharing a lift.
Thought that room cleaning should be earlier than 4pm."

"Everything was wonderful.. the staff were happy and very nice.
We really like the new refurbishment that was done, a few things we thought it could use however are towel holders, there was minimal places in the bathroom to hang towels, most importantly the hand towel by the sink, which was non-existent.
The car park should also be subsidised for hotel guests.
Many thanks for our stay! We will definitely be back when visiting Cardiff again!"
