"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the service and the accommodations to the overall atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we truly enjoyed our experience. The only area that could definitely be improved is the breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection and quality did not match the excellent standard of the rest of the hotel. With a better breakfast, this would be an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay...

"No e hotel well located, comfortable bed and pillow, good shower and very good breakfast"

"Excelente "

"Fantastic forest setting, with amazing outdoor rooms, offering gaming rooms, sauna, gym, trails, chapel, swimming pool and breathtaking views. Rooms with fireplace, jacuzzi, varanda facing the forests, and mountain views all-around. Great restaurant and staff, who will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome."

"Wonderful relaxing hotel with nature and excelent services. Distant from city center, not easy to drive with difficult road, but worth it every penny."

"Razoavel"

"Local maravilhoso, quarto bom e equipe muito simpática! Único detalhe é que a garagem é de difícil acesso por ser uma subida e tivemos que deixar o carro na rua."

"Quiet and central"

"Quarto maravilhoso, equipe super prestativa e comida excelente."

"Property is in a very nice neighborhood, it's secluded nice and quiet, but close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and nice - cute place great Breakfast! I felt really good, welcome and safe staying by myself."

"Breakfast was only coffee with milk, some old bread, old cheese, papaias and bananas. Many kids at the pool yelling early in the morning. Staff rude and not helpfull. "

"Bom café da manhã "

"Everything considered, it was a very very good place to stay for 3 nights. My only small complaint is that the place is kind of in the middle of nowhere, and outside of the hotel itself, there is little or nothing to do."

"O hotel atendeu às expectativas, estava tudo muito limpo, café da manhã ótimo, e o funcionário Ramon nos ajudou de forma ágil no momento de pressa. Recomendo e voltarei numa próxima oportunidade."

"Good location"

"Quarto excelente, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos e café da manha simples mas delicioso."

"Excelente escolha! Atendeu todas as expectativas! Recomendo!"

"Bom hotel"

"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel...

"A grande diferença é o Staff. Fazem a diferençã de cordialidade e atenção. O café da manha é muito bem servido e tem um hr perfeito. Ficamos numa suite para 3 bem acomodados, Sugiro a manutenção , e amenities melhor (kleenex etc ) Mas super recomendo ."
