I had a great stay.
It was just unfortunate that the spa facilities were not open. It would have been helpful if the hotel had mentioned this at the point of booking as for me the spa was a plus point in making the decision to stay there

Most hotel staff were excellent but some let the others down. Hotel has 2 restaurants casual and formal. Both nice and suit the occassion. Copacabana area is dirty, tired and you need to be super careful. We were advised this at check in.
