It’s pretty location who enjoys the mountains. The castle is beautiful but the rooms needs to upgrade specially the bathrooms.

Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. Quarto excelente de otimo tamanho, camas e travesseiros bons, banheiro bom. O ruim do hotel é o seu restaurante, tudo banhado em óleo, ficamos frustados pois escolhemos o hotel por ter tudo mas a cozinha deixou muito a desejar. O que pareceu que a cozinha nao tinha nenhum cuidado. Pra se ter ideia eu gastei todo o guardanapo na mesa para secar pastel e bolinhas de queijo. Literalmente banhada no oleo.

Me hospedaram em um quarto diferente do que reservei. A maçaneta do banheiro estava solta, o chuveiro sujo, o vaso com cheiro ruim e tinha grandes furos no blackout da cortina do quarto. Tentei entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp 2x do hotel e só me responderam quando eu já tinha saído.

É uma experiencia interessante por se tratar de um hotel e os funcionários são bastante atenciosos porém, alguns quesitos deixam à desejar: Manutenção deficiente: vários quartos apresentam problemas como ar condicionado q não funciona, chuveiro, etc; Problemas naa área da hidromassagem como torneira do chuveiro dando choque elétrico, hidro que não funciona; Problemas elétricos em geral como refletores de LED piscando (driver ruim) e fiação aparente em todo o lugar. Outra coisa que incomoda bastante é ir nos restaurantes e não ter algum prato porque faltou ingrediente (não conseguí comer um pão com linguiça). O horário do restaurante Solar também é muito restrito, fechando às 19hs na maioria dos dias da semana.

O Hotel é lindo!!! Vc realmente se sente em um Castelo. As dependências são muito bem cuidadas. Não tem cheiro nenhum de mofo. O quarto é grande, cama maravilhosa e roupa de cama de ótima qualidade. Os funcionários muito solícitos e educados. Café da manhã é farto e sempre com reposição. Somente a piscina que é bem pequena. Vale super a pena passar um final de semana “Real”👑 Recomendo!!!!!

Experiência média. Piscina pequena. Hidromassagem tem que agendar e não da conta de atender todos os hospedes. Corredores,banheiros e quarto pouco ventilados. Isso deixa o banheiro especialmente com odor ruim.

CASTELO DO HORROR / PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA

Foi a pior estadia, decepcionante, recepção com chão sujo. Suíte 117 cavaleiro real, estava imunda. Cheirava mal, apresentando sujeira em todos os tapetes que rodeiam a cama, teias de aranha, sujeira no frigobar e no filtro do ar condicionado. Banheiro com mofo/lodo nos azulejos/rejuntes e banheira suja (fotos), tudo em Mal estado. precário. Fedia a cachorro molhado. Pedi para trocar de quarto, fomos para a suíte 120, um pouco melhor, mas ainda assim sujo, precária, cadeiras sujas, banheiro com mofo nos azulejos, sem isolamento acústico, varanda sem segurança. Porém, tive um problema grave, minha esposa quase morre eletrocutada dentro da hidro, levou um choque da corrente elétrica que estava passando pela água que a queimou na perna. Chamamos a gerência que conferiu a gravidade do fato (vídeo e fotos). O ocorrido é grave, pois a instalação NÃO possui dispositivo de segurança, como previsto a NBR 5410 em vigor desde mar2005 - 5.1.3.2.2 diferencial-residual de alta sensibilidade como proteção adicional é obrigatório “a”, para a banheiras de hidro), o que acarretou em CHOQUE ELÉTRICO. Intenciono acionar judicialmente o Hotel.com e o Castelo de Itaipava, pela quase fatalidade ocorrido no interior do hotel na noite do dia 09 para o dia 10de jan2025. Hotel sem segurança, pois há uma visitação de pessoas de fora, não hóspedes. Tapetes imundos no interior da suíte e corredores. Antiguidade não implica em sujeira e mal cuidado. Perdemos a diária e a paz nesse local.

Restaurante péssimo

Cafe da manhã é restaurante são ruins. Definitivamente nao valem a pena. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, mas muito barulhento. De madrugada, se ouve bem alto o ruído de carros na estrada. Há um quadro no quarto informando os valores de cada item do quarto caso seja danificado. Achei essa cobrança ostensiva um tanto mesquinharia.
