Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room.

Decent hotel. I was attracted by the charm of the place, but it didn’t quite meet expectations. We stayed in an annex to the back. However, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good. Wi-Fi signal was poor in our room.

Everyone was super friendly…however, we were disappointed with our stay. The first room was like a closet turned into a room. We were offered a slightly larger room when I asked at reception (both rooms in a pretty rundown outbuilding) - but we then had to move again as the bed in the ‘upgraded room’ was full of bugs. Probably carpet beetle larvae. The third room was OK - as it was in one of the main buildings. But that’s as far as I could go. It was tired. And don’t feel clean. We stayed all over as we were doing a tour of Brasil - this was the one place that disappointed us most in terms of how it is described and the reality of the accommodation. I’m sure at one point it was grand. Our experience was very jaded, and faded grandeur.

Quarto estava limpo, banheiro com chuveiro muito gostoso, café da manhã simples mas muito gostoso, lugar lindo muito bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pé. Agora se querem uma dica, a vista do quarto 55 fica para o museu imperial. Lindo.

Quarto de tamanho razoável, com uma vista incrível para a torre da catedral. O banheiro foi o ponto baixo do quarto. Chuveiro não esquentou no primeiro dia, reclamamos e consertaram. Mas o bocal do chuveiro não deixa a água sair do modo que deveria sair. Recomendo ser trocado. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Voltaria com certeza.

Hotel espetacular. Café da manhã bem preparado e saboroso. Equipe da cozinha super atenciosas. Quarto impecável e com um cheirinho bom. Tudo limpo e a localização super privilegiada,ao lado do museu imperial e encostado ao restaurante do Brownie do Ton. Voltarei com certeza.

Equipe de funcionários perfeita, excelente atendimento, localização a melhor de Petrópolis, café da manhã excelente muito variado. Achamos que faltou um secador de cabelo e aquecedor no quarto. A acústica também é ruim, 6 horas da manhã o quarto ao lado o cara estava falando no celular e parece que estava no nosso quarto.

Uma coisa que me impressionou muito foi abrir a porta do quarto e ser "recepcionada" por um perfume delicioso, perfume de roupa de cama e de banho limpas, aquele perfume de amaciante de roupas delicioso. Foi a segunda vez que fiquei hospedada nesta propriedade e, assim como a primeira, gostei muito. Nesta vez, fiquei na casa sede que está muito bem conservada. A propriedade fica muito bem localizada, ao lado do Palácio de Verão, onde está abrigado o Museu Imperial. Sempre que vamos à Petrópolis fazemos tudo a pé e o hotel proporciona isso por ser bem central. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, delicioso, completo. Os funcionários foram extremamente gentis e educados. Enfim, sempre que houver vaga, coisa que não é tão fácil assim porque é um hotel muito procurado e sempre está cheio, voltaremos. Conselho! Se for um fim de semana de festa, faça sua reserva com muita, muita antecedência.
