"Incredible room complete with hammam, gym and multiple bathrooms. Staff were incredible, in spite of this obviously being one of the must visit places on St Marco, the property felt exclusive and quiet. The design touches and attention to detail were incredible. "

"The location of this place was great! There were 4 of us, and two of us had a huge bed, the other two had two singles beds off the side room. The check in process was confusing because there is no front desk, but we figured it out. The shower drain was bad and nearly overflowed with 4 of us needing to shower. The room was good overall. But it was warm at night and the A/C wasn't that good."

"We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others. It is in a quiet residential area, yet a short walk to all the tourist areas. We enjoyed the courtyard, which is rare in Venice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the room that had a loft. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. A great place to stay while visiting Venice."

"Lovely location and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only negative was a smell that emanated from our shower drain that permeated the bathroom. We managed to contain it to the bathroom but it was not pleasant at all!"

"Staff were communicative. Rooms are managed by another hotel so communication for check-in etc down via WhatsApp. All worked fine. Room was generally nice but a couple of things weren’t in good condition or clean (eg coffee stains on outdoor table not cleaned ahead of our arrival). The door was really awkward to open. Would have been appreciated if the reception contact had flagged the specific technique for unlocking it. Overall, the room was nice and worked well for us (two adults and our 12 year old). Really great location - good to get from train station and around Venice. Lovely canal view from the balcony. Overall, I’d recommend it and would be happy to use again,"
