"The hotel is so clean with beautiful view on the grand canal in the middle of the shopping areas and just 2 minutes walk from the main train station and walking distance from everything and like 25 minutes walk from the St. Marko (the main plaze). I really recomand the hotel to any one going there, even rooms prices are reasnoble."

"This is a no brainer hotel right next to the train station. The breakfast was extremely good with delicious options, cappuccino coffee machines, and much more with cereal for kids. The room was clean and had air conditioning, smelled great like musk and roses. Shower could be bigger (almost felt like in a cruise shower). None the less all toiletries and hair dryer worked. Be careful of the big step to the bathroom. Lobby is great to sit in after checkout and waiting for train. They also have luggage room, so you can keep your luggage and continue to explore till your train time. Extra pillows and blanket in the closet. It would be great if there was atleast one extra mirror in the room for makeup etc. all in all great comfortable stay. Don’t forget to explore the little garden area outside the breakfast area. Check in was easy, they make photo copies of passport but maybe that is common there. At the end there was some tax/fee at check out per person not more than $2 or $3 per person. "

"Forcari Palace hotel was an excellent choice for several reasons. 1st was location - far enough from the main tourist stops to be quiet for sleeping but close enough for getting to those sights for convenience. 2nd it is located very close to a gondola express to cross the Grand Canal as well as close to the water bus stop. This ease of jumping on either to go somewhere was great. Then you get to the property itself. The building is in excellent condition and very well appointed. Good size rooms and bath accommodation. They also have a deck to watch the Grand Canal at water level and a rooftop patio for great views of the surrounding area. I highly recommend this place for travelers."
