It was a great hotel. One of the finest I have ever stayed with a reasonable price. Great cleaning, breakfast and pool and the gym. Being near to airport makes it very challenging to order food from outside though, no delivery people available but the restaurant provides great food. They do customize their menu if asked. Being a vegetarian it was kind of challenging but it’s fine looking at the location of the hotel. Overall, stay there was comforting.

Beef tacos were super delicious and very filling! Not enough staff at check-in, it took a long time waiting in line; pretty quiet hotel even thought there was a lot of people; the phone in my room wasn't working so I couldn't call room service; we had to go downstairs twice to report the problem and to order the food, they never fixed the phone; the towels are pretty old, thin and rough on the skin and the TVs are old not smart so had to watch local channels in Spanish. Special mention to the shuttle drivers and the bar staff, they were super friendly and helpful!
