"The check in was difficult, there is a short check in time. Between 3pm and 7 pm (I think), outside that time was an extra charge. You also had to give a 15 min time slot that you were due to arrive. Which for central London, with train/traffic delays is difficult. We ended up getting there 1 hour ..."
