"L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). J'ai écrit sur hotels.com mais le gérant n'avait pas vu mon message. Il était désolé et a dû corriger les problèmes après notre départ. Je mets 4 étoiles pour cette raison, sinon il aurait eu 5."

"The villa exceeded all our expectations. Everything was provided and beds were very comfortable. 6 adults and 3 children stayed and there was so much room to use. Outside area was spacious with plenty of seats and tables. Lots of shade to relax in and the pool was just perfect. The nearest supermarket was only a short walk away and the beach was 5 - 10 min gentle stroll. We couldn't have asked for anywhere more perfect to stay."

"The entire place smelt fresh & clean. Everyone you saw from front desk staff to the laundry team greeted you with a smile & wished you a wonderful day. "The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island the pool was super small and very overcrowded."

I booked the hotel as it gave the impression that there was secure parking on site yet when we arrived we discovered that it was just on street parking.
