"Staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious. My only criticism would be that I wasn’t told that if I had pre-booked breakfast it would have been cheaper. I think £18.49 is a bit steep for breakfast"

"First time we stayed at double tree Stayed as a family two adult and two children Nice atmosphere Nice lobby and common areas Rooms are to a good standard Staff are lovely During our dinner the dinner party sitting next to us the child had an asthma attack in the restaurant, it was a pleasure to see all the staff provide immediate assistant to the table, bringing water, some ice cream for the young child after he calmed down, the restaurant team also alerted reception who also checked on the guest, it was a real pleasure to see how empathetic the team reacted to a guest in need even the young. Doubletree by Hilton would be our first choice in the future Thank you for a lovely stay "

"We stayed here for one night when we went to the theatre. The hotel being only a stone thrown from the theatre and town centre made it a great choice. All areas of hotel were clean as was our room. We were very happy with our pre theatre meal and buffet Breakfast. All staff were helpful and we will certainly stay at The Old Hall again."

"Had another lovely stay at Buxton Crescent the staff the room and the amenities were all amazing The spa is by far the real reason to choose this hotel the rooftop pool and super clean facilities are fantastic. I would recommend going down early for breakfast because unfortunately several items on the menu had been kept warm far too long but I’m probably just being too picky. I would highly recommend we came away feeling very relaxed and happy with our stay will definitely return. "
