We loved our stay in the Abbey Hotel and apartments, the staff, breakfast & attention to detail were amazing. Very easy walk into the town centre with its unique shops, pubs & restaurants, also not forgetting the Cathedral & Abbey Gardens. Bury St Edmunds is a must to visit.

Very friendly staff , gorgeous room with huge comfy bed! Mineral water ,luxury soap etc and hot chocolate for the kids!! Lovely breakfast and wonderful service ! The staff were really friendly and approachable. The meal I had was one of the best I've had in a long while. The room was really clean with a Nespresso coffee machine which for me was a really nice touch as I love my coffee. The shower was lovely and hot. I tend to worry about the cleanliness of a B&B and thus avoid them. However, this one was priced at a really good rate and most other hotels close to the wedding I was attending were already booked. Stayed for one night to attend a wedding reception locally. Was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, who also ordered us a taxi to get us to the wedding reception. The room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. No complaints, would stay again.

WOW! What a stunning place! Which we highly recommend a stay here. From when you initially arrive at the property and travel down the drive you can see the wonderful gardens and beautiful views.
