"The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately.
The location and check-in is so simple and hassle-free. There are few house types that we found out and so good to visit again with extended family.

Wow! A great budget hotel that is worth every penny! We stayed in 2 of the garden rooms which had lovely patio doors overlooking the garden. I had an excellent stay. When i arrived, the TV in my room was broken but i rang reception, a maintenance man came to see it and replaced it immediately.
The breakfast was very nice. The Pizza they served on the 24/7 menu was like an authentic Italian Pizza so that's good.
Thank you for having me and i shall definitely stay again next time i stay in Blackpool.

There is nothing the owners won’t do to make your stay the best it can be so helpful knowledgeable and just very down to earth nice welcoming people.
I can’t recommend it enough as you will have to try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.
